You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. alladin99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documents for the purpose of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members. alladin99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
If you suspect any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately through the channels available within the platform. alladin99 recommends that users change their passwords regularly as an effective additional security measure.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the alladin99 platform for lawful and responsible purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as appropriate legal action:
- Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or systems to access or interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation from alladin99.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
- Posting or distributing content that is seditious, harmful, offensive, or in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of alladin99's systems or infrastructure, including servers, databases, and communication networks.
- Using the platform on behalf of a third party without valid authorisation, or collecting other users' data without their consent.
Alladin99 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the accounts involved, reporting to the relevant authorities, and seeking damages through available legal channels.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the alladin99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and were obtained through lawful means in accordance with Malaysian law.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, supported local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other methods displayed within the platform. alladin99 reserves the right to add or remove available payment methods at any time without prior notice to users.
Withdrawals will be processed to a verified account in the same name as the alladin99 account holder. alladin99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for the purpose of anti-money laundering compliance. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and may take between one and five business days.
Any bonus or promotion credited to an account is subject to its specific terms and conditions. Users agree that alladin99 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through improper means or in violation of the stipulated bonus terms, and alladin99's decision in such matters is final.
5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Alladin99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms, without prior notice in serious cases such as fraud, money laundering, or security threats. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to recover any remaining balance or bonuses in the affected account.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting our customer support through the official channels available. Any legitimate remaining funds will be returned once the verification process is complete, subject to the applicable withdrawal terms and provided there are no transactions currently under investigation at that time.
Limitation of Liability
Alladin99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and alladin99 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and network environment are secure before accessing the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the alladin99 platform — including logos, graphics, text, interfaces, and software — is the property of alladin99 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without explicit written authorisation from alladin99. Infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in serious civil and criminal legal action.
